Armando Cobian

Chef Armando has a passion for recreating traditional Mexican cuisine and family recipes his mother taught him. He has worked to perfect these dishes with professional training from Washburne Culinary Institute; America's oldest culinary school. Esmeralda studied pastry in Michoacan, Mexico and  ever since has been putting her sweet touch and love into everything she creates. The two are leading their small team and redefining what Mexican food means to the community;  From fresh squeezed margaritas to 
hand-made tortillas every  ingredient and dish is prepared from scratch. Weekly dinner and drink specials ensure a new favorite is always waiting for you. Place your bid and let SOL prepare a 6 course tasting menu for 6 people specially prepared for a night to
